Parts and Shops
Parts, Tools and Shops
Guys we like to do business with.
Don’t forget your local auto parts store and I don’t mean the big chains even if they do have cheap oil. I have a great relationship with one of the local auto parts stores. They have found things for me when no one else could and they give me great prices. They have also been great when my wife goes in to pick something up. This kind of service you won’t get from a discount parts house.
Spare Parts
People laugh when they hear about my spare parts but they have no idea whats really in my rig. This list is from memory so there are a few things I probably missed. You don’t need all of this for a day trip but I find it’s easier to just leave it in the rig. Most of it is pretty small and short of the axles and some of the fluids, almost all of it fits inside the tailgate of my wagon.
