Air Systems

Lights, camera, air.

To keep with my “clean” front end look, I finally was able to mount my Rigid lights inside the grill.
The lower portion of the grill provided a bigger opening I needed. They are mounted to the lower AC condensor mount bolts and to each other on the inside mount. The inside mount is pressed against the center grill support. Its a tight fit, but no movement which is good. Will still fine tune the center mount to allow more inward/outward adjustments.

Air Compressor Maintenance

A bit of a dilemna happened at work the other day.  I needed air on a job and both the compressors were broken.  So like all Cruiser drivers, time to once again think inside the wagon..

I can say that I never expected to use the compressor in my rig to run a nail gun.  But yup, if you look close in that one pic you can see the hose running out the back of my rig and up into a boat.

Air Systems

By Tony K & Eric B

My original air supply was nothing more than a cheesy little compressor that plugged in to the cig lighter.  While it did work it had severe limitations.  I decided to install an upgraded air system and it is more than adequate for how I use it.  It runs my lockers, airs up my tires, blows dirt out of places it shouldn’t be and will run some tools on a very limited basis.
