Land Cruiser Info
60 Series Facts and Specs
For us, the epitomy of Land Cruiser design is the 60 series wagon. It doesn’t look like a car, truck or any other rig on the road. While being a wagon it does pay tribute to it’s past with several design details that come straight from the 40 series. Just look at the raised center section of the hood and the lines on the front fenders.
Gears and Lockers
By Tony Konovaloff
To gear or not to gear. For most of us this is a desire to lower the final drive ratio in our rigs so that we can crawl on the rocks. But you need to remember there is a price to be paid on the top end if you change gears to improve the lower end. Gears are only a piece of the puzzle and there are other options.
Maintenance

-General Maintenance-
The more time you can spend under your rig the better off you will be. Doing even the simpliest of tasks creates familiarity with your rig that you can’t get from reading a manual. It’s also a big help when you have to make a trail fix you won’t feel so overwhelmed.
